Customer satisfaction is our number one priority at Grateful Heart! If you are not 100% satisfied with an item please contact us by clicking on the contact tab and filling out the required information. All concerns are dealt with within a 24 hour period to ensure excellent customer service.
All items are reviewed before shipping to ensure damaged items are not received by customers. If a damaged item is received please contact us immediately to get the exchange process started.
All items may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Product needs to be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached. If an exchange is not possible product can be returned for store credit only.
Unless an error on our side all shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.

If any changes need to be made to the delivery date of your balloon order we require 42 hours notice.
If in the event you are unable to change the date of your balloon order, and need to cancel, a store credit will be issued. All cancelations must be made 72 hour prior to the original date.
